The reason we liked it was very good staff and cleanliness. We got a tidy room with twin beds.

Quaint hotel with good wi-fi, the location is magnificent close to train station. Efficient staff team is with several staff members.

The staff were personable; it was great value for money. I appreciated impeccable location and how the place is clean. Hotel was near bars and restaurants. Apart from that, a grand showpiece square was 15 minutes' drive away. Continental breakfast was assorted: fruit, eggs and bacon. Hassle-free check-in was a bonus.

The room had awful views.

I had a such great stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was brilliant and near the train station. Nice design, opulent and brand-new rooms and courteous staff. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fine.

Beautifully kept accommodation, efficient staff, handy location very close to the Canal. Warm and opulent units with 3 single beds. Had a perfectly pleasant stay here.

Hotel was reasonably priced, incredible value for money as opposed to other options. The location and staff were perfect. I loved the staff, mainly due to their hospitality. Small garden and excellent pool. The roof top bar provided nibbles and salads.

A well serviced place, we appreciated its optimal location. Plenty of food for breakfast including fruit, eggs and cereal. Good value, outstanding food.

Rich breakfast, really comfortable bed, cool room. Quite clean and delightful hotel in Cannaregio district. Also, it was down two doors. Bfast staff - condescending people.

Absolutely brilliant venue, good value. The location was fab - the hotel looked spotless. Classic style property with beautiful furniture in the rooms. Gorgeous interior, exceptional restaurant. Also, I found free wifi in all rooms.

Staff was very pleasant, decor was Italian, beds were very comfy. And it also had lovely view. And a museum gallery was only 1 km from the accommodation.

Staff was thorough, the continental breakfast was GOOD SIZE. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and overall the room was splendid & quite. Restful stay in a so convenient hotel.

Nice, right on the canal, near the station

We enjoyed our stay. Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was nice comfy base for visiting all of them. Staff was HELPFUL all day long. Room was good value.

Trattoria Bella Venezia was 10 mins walk away. There was a train station in the vicinity. Nothing beats being in belle epoque...
